Acceptance of Orders: All orders submitted trough our website are confirmed by e-mail, no order should be deemed to be accepted without this confirmation. All orders are fulfilled subject to these terms and conditions. It might not be possible for us to accept orders for certain items for delivery to certain countries.  

Currency: Prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars, all payments are to be made in New Zealand dollars. (Your credit card providers will charge the order in your local billing currency)    

Shipping/Carriage: Prices on products are quoted exclude shipping charges and will be added in the to cart total. All items send by DHL global mail services and has not been insured. Please note that additional services such as fast delivery, insured shipping, services are requested, additional charges to cover these costs will apply. Damage in Transit: For New Zealand buyers, if you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the forwarders insurers. For overseas orders we do not accept any return or refund as damaged for the following reasons. 1. DHL global mail services the shipping service we use for overseas will not be insured and non tracking services. Please contact us if you need insured and tracked shipping option, before you order. 2. upon your customs rules and regulations your parcel may be opened and inspected by your country’s customs officers.  

Payments:
1. You may settle your order over the telephone, +64 7 5784541. Pay by Visa, MasterCard or PayPal
2. You may e-mail us your name, telephone number and a list of what you would like to order, we will then call you back to arrange. ( Important: do not e-mail us your credit card details)  
3. Cheque payments only apply for New Zealand orders and Addresses only. Order will be sent after your fund cleared on our bank, normally it will take 5 working days.

4. Alternatively you can pay by online banking or direct deposit if you choose the wire transfer

Returns and Refunds:  We do not accept refund or returns under any circumstances unless if we sent the wrong, expired, or damaged products.

Cancellations:  Any cancellation of orders must be done before the goods are dispatched to the forwarder, No cancellations accepted after that point.

Payment & Retention of Title: Under normal circumstances, goods must be paid for prior to dispatch.  If for any reason, goods are agreed to be shipped prior to clearance of payments, title in the goods shipped belongs to internet sales Ltd until payment in full for the goods is received by us. Any recovery expenses involved in the recovery process will be claimed for.

Confidentiality: We undertake to exercise all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied to us by customers strictly confidential. We do never supply mailing information to third parties.  

Applicable Law and Courts of Jurisdiction: All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by New Zealand Law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to the New Zealand Legal processes and under the jurisdiction of New Zealand Courts.
